I approach each and every client with compassion, integrity and honesty. You will find I am very much focused on the here and now, and on the relationship that develops between us — as well as thinking about present difficulties and how they may relate to the past. You will find that I engage in each session with openness and curiosity.
Of course you don’t need to be experiencing psychological distress to begin therapy. However, most people end up seeking help from a professional because their previous ways of coping are not working as well as they used to. I have been working in the mental health field since 2012, beginning by supporting people in emotional distress at Samaritans before moving from a local counselling agency in Surrey to private practice in the City of London. More recently I have taken my services online to support people all over the World. Embracing new technology has enabled me to reach more people than ever before!
